U.S. and International Grain Market Outlook and Strategies for 2021
The extreme volatility and likely outcomes of 2021 grain markets will be examined in a KSU ‘2021 Grain Market Situation & Outlook’ webinar on Monday, May 10th, 12:00-1:00 p.m., focusing on both U.S. and International grain market factors and price trends. Kansas State University Agricultural Economists Daniel O’Brien, Guy Allen of the KSU International Grains Program, and Mark Wood of the Kansas Farm Management Association, will examine the current situation and outlook for corn, grain sorghum, hard red winter wheat, and soybean markets for the remainder of year 2021 – from spring planting through summer crop development, into fall harvest and early winter. The goal of this webinar to help U.S. and Kansas agricultural producers and agribusiness to better assess the risks and marketing opportunities going forward in the 2021 grain markets.
